ABOUT WALLY
Wally has been practicing law with Aiken, St. Louis & Siljeg, P.S. for over 40 years in the areas of business transactions, estate planning, and estate administration. He is particularly experienced in handling purchase and sale transactions for closely-held businesses, and the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, including one transaction involving a business park with a purchase price of approximately $66,000,000. He represents a significant number of clients who have closely-held businesses, and his services have included transitioning these businesses to the next generation of family members.

Wally worked for Haskins & Sells, CPAs, from 1968 until 1970, before entering law school. He received his CPA certificate in 1969. However, he no longer practices accounting. His accounting background has been particularly helpful in understanding the financial matters of his clients, in connection with their business transactions.
